Ms Mwikali Muthiani
Kenyan, an accomplished HR professional, Mwikali has over 15 years experience, most of which have been spent in leadership roles in diverse sectors including private, public and NGO. A HR Generalist, she poses exceptional skills in strategy formulation, change management, performance management, benefits strategy, employee development and talent management.
Mwikali brings to the Board a wealth of experience and foresight. She is currently the HR & Communications Director at GlaxoSmithKline Kenya, overseeing HR operations in 9 countries within the Eastern Africa region.
Mwikali holds an MBA in International business from the University of Nairobi and is a social scientist graduate from the same university, with post graduate professional qualifications in HR. She is married with three children.
