Mr Scott Griffin
Mr Scott Griffin, Canadian, is Chairman and major shareholder of two manufacturing companies – General Kinetics Engineering Corporation, designing and manufacturing parts for tracked vehicles and high speed rail, and Advance Precision Limited, supplying parts to the automotive industry – and a literary publishing firm, The House of Anansi Press Inc.
In addition, Mr Griffin is the Chairman and trustee of the Griffin Trust for Excellence in Poetry and Chancellor of Bishops University. He is also the Chairman of Governors for Sedbergh School.
He is on the boards of several non-governmental organizations, including AMREF. Appointed to the AMREF Board on February 28, 2003.
