Corporate Membership Conditions:
- Annual Corporate ‘A’ membership is Kshs.30, 000/ USD 500) per annum for up to 20 people, within and up to a 500km radius from Wilson Airport, Nairobi. Each additional person pays Kshs. 500 or USD 7
- Annual Corporate ‘B’ membership is US$1,500 per annum for up to 20 people, up to a 1,000km radius from Wilson Airport, Nairobi. Each additional person pays USD 10
- In return for your support, the Flying Doctors will offer a 30% discount on any number of emergency flights undertaken for those covered by your corporate membership with the Flying Doctors’ Society.
- Please note that memberships are not transferable and should any of your staff leave during the year of their membership, their subscriptions will not be transferred to new members. Any new members have to be enrolled at an additional fee. Please inform us of any increase in the number of people to be covered under any group membership
- Organisations are required to send us a list of people they wish to cover under their membership. This list is vital for our records, as evacuations for any persons not on the list will be charged for in full. Please download and fill in the excel worksheet and then e-mail it to flying.doctors@amref.org for processing.
Corporate membership fee is deemed as a retainer and an assurance that the Flying Doctors will come to the rescue of its members, weather and political conditions permitting, when medical circumstances warrant, and in the absence of any contraindication, the patient’s safety being the outstanding consideration. The service includes an emergency air-lift of the patient from the nearest airstrip, nursing, drugs and materials, ground ambulance attendance and transfer service from Wilson Airport to a hospital in Nairobi.
